EXHIBITIONS > The Uncontainable Tales of a Paradise (2016)

Steel, ceramic, vines

"She’s the most beautiful woman in the world. I’ve never seen anyone as beautiful as she is.

Once she wore a black sari that I brought for her from India, with many flowers and intricate designs on it.

I used to be an unruly child. My father beat me often. She would always hide my mistakes from my father. I get lots of love from them both. Sometimes my father tells her, don’t hide your son’s mistakes, or he becomes really naughty; sometimes she tells my father, don’t love your son too much, or he becomes really naughty. I don’t think my brother got that much of attention."
